DJ ENTERPRISES is a single-op mobile disc jockey service, owned & operated by Pete Weldon, and dedicated to making your event a success. Pete started as a mobile deejay in 1983, while still in college. He has worked for several mobile disc jockey services, including Dance Connections since 1987 (Thank you, Bruce). Pete has also spent eight years working nightclubs, four of which were as resident DJ at Back 40/Basil's in Waukegan. Radio is also an important part of Pete's life. He was weekend jock at WJEQ in Macomb and night jock (7p-12m M-F) at WXLC (102.3 XLC) in Waukegan for 2 1/2 years and has also worked at 106.7 The Fish, 104.3 WJMK The Greatest Hits of the 60's & 70's and WZOK-FM, Rockford, IL. He currently works part-time at K-Hits, Chicago (104.3 WJMK)and WIND-AM (NewsTalk 560 WIND)
